He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Kay; and his siblings, Daphne (Bill), Glenn (Diane) and John (Janis).
He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Kayla (Peter), Preston (Olivia) and Keifer (Kristina); his siblings, Elaine (Dave) and David (Kathy); and his sisters-in-law, Janis and Diane. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
