He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Blaise (Yvette Labrake), Luke, Emilie, Petra (Kevin Leschyshyn), Jude, Ava, Clara, Alice (John Berzolla), Natalie and Elodie; and his siblings, Agnes Valade and Ernest Kirchgesner.

He had a dry sense of humour which we enjoyed and teasing him was always very enjoyable. I will miss him dearly and will support his wonderful wife Mary and family as needed. Dr Farook Oosman”
