She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Slywka and Helen Slywka (Bodnar); her significant other Bob; and her siblings-in-law, Mike and Betty Harasymchuk (Kotelko).

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kim Marchildon, Clint Grasby and Owen Marchildon; her children, Cindy, Chad, Kennedy, Nicholas Erickson, Kevin, Jody Harasymchuk, Brennon Wapple, Mica Harasymchuk-Janz, Zack and Abby Culic; her siblings, Nadine Skakun, Adeline Slusar (Michael) and Raymond Slywka (Debbie); and her sister-in-law Adeline Swidzinski (Victor) of Oliver, BC. She is also survived by mother, grandmother and to many extended family.

Memorial donations may be made to the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of St. George.
