He was predeceased by: his father Alex; and his brother Mickey. He is survived by: his children, Richard and Allison (Bill); his granddaughters, Autumn and Lilly; his child Lindsay (Layla); his mother Gerry; his brother Randy (Carol); his nephew Tanner; his brother Leslie; his nephew Christopher; and his stepbrother Ron Guzak. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
