He was predeceased by: his father Brian Smith; and his uncle Bill Smith. He is survived by: his mother Judy Smith; his sons, Makario and Rawleigh; and his brother Tim (Evelynn). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
