He was predeceased by: his brother Robert; and his brothers-in-law, Robert, Peter and Jack. He is survived by: his wife Carole Church; his children, Chris (Sheila), Heather (Ted), Duane (Paula) and Kate (Chris); his grandchildren, Cole (Michelle), David (Olivia), Shelagh (Keith), Holly (Devin), Rachelle (Curt), Adam (Erin) and Tyson (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Ty, Leni, Tate, Taryn, Brynlee and Zeny; his siblings, Joan, Elaine, Kathleen and Ronnie (Birdie); and his siblings-in-law, Beverly and Don (Wendy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
