He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Maunu and Melvin Maunu; his grandson Noah Nichols; his father-in-law Ken Erdman; and his brother-in-law Raymond Erdman.
He is survived by: his wife Genevieve "Jenny"; his daughter Lisa Nichols (Neil); his granddaughters, Kate and Anna Nichols; his siblings, Lynnell Sarkilahti and Kevin Maunu (Cindy); his mother-in-law Mary Erdman; and his siblings-in-law, Greg Erdman (Donna), Rob Erdman (Lori), Mark Erdman (Kelley) and Laurie Erdman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Mark Catholic Church (581 9 St E, Prince Albert, SK S6V0Y4).
