She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Lazaruk and Verna Lazaruk; and her siblings, Duane and Bonnie. She is survived by: her sons, Jayce, Joshua, Matthew, Chris and Sean; her husband Andy; and her grandsons, Ashton and Kingston. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
