It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Rachel Terleski (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), born in Wadena, Saskatchewan, who passed away on April 28, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Terleski and Grace Terleski. She is survived by: her siblings, David, Daniel (Val), Darius (Debbie), Deb (Pete), Drusilla, Dathan (Katherine), Demetrius (Danielle) and Damaris. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to support mental health services of your choice in her honour.
