He is survived by: his wife Debra Lucas; his children, Shaylene and Steven Burlaka (Teneah); his stepdaughter Reagan Lee; his grandchildren, Liam, Zylarr, Rowan, Kyzer and Edie; and his sisters, Corinne, Laura, Holly and Judy.
