He is survived by: his wife Marina; his children, Kevin, Cuyler (Joni) and Kimberley (Terry); his grandchildren, Holly Claire, Forest Dale, Sarah Polichronakis (Nikos) and Chad Wetsch (Cathi); his great grandchildren, Miranda, Connor and Carson; his sister Diann Rodger; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Pyper, Rosalie Onclin, Arthur Proctor and Ronald Dickenson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family.
