He is survived by: his wife Arleigh Mantyka; his children, Bill Mantyka (Kandy) and Rae Beaumont (Glenn Leuschen); his grandchildren, Drew Mantyka (Sammy Ramsay), Evan Mantyka (Syklar Smith) and Kate Mantyka; and his sister Sherry Mantyka.
