Douglas Friggstad Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas Friggstad (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 20, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Douglas had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Douglas may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Friggstad and Olaf Friggstad; and his brother Dave (Shirley). He is survived by: his siblings, Obert (Connie), Terry (Dawn), Audrey (Dan Hagen), Lorne (Janice) and Sharon (Howie Groth); and his nephew El-Camino. He is also survived by 21 nieces/nephews and 33 great nieces/nephews.
