He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ross Garner and Eileene Garner (Walker); his mother-in-law Josephine Edwards; his granddaughter Rogan; his sister-in-law Patricia Garner; his wife Patti; his brothers, David, Kevin and Kelly (Melanie); his sons, Stephen (Meghan), Christopher and Garett; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Taedyn, Huxley, Gael and Noa. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
