Edna Mary Vibert Obituary
We bid farewell to Edna Mary Vibert (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 18, 2025 at the age of 87. Edna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her son Gregory; her parents, Steve Podl and Mary Swyck; her stepfather Michael Swyck; her brothers, Maurice and Paul Podl; and her in-laws, Robert, Marge Vibert, Walter, Pat Hannant, Helen Hodges, Ruth and June Vibert.
She is survived by: her son Wayne (Monica); her grandchildren, Sydney and Ethan; her daughter-in-law Marianne; her granddaughters-in-law, Kaitlyn and Natasha; her sisters-in-law, Margaret and Eleanor Podl; and her sibling's children, Janice Ferguson, Ron Podl, Brian Podl (LaArnie) and Gary Podl (Susan). She is also survived by aunts, cousins and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Anglican Church (609 Dufferin Ave, Saskatoon, SK S7N1C4).
Memorial donations in honor of Edna can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan.
