Ellaschuk Joyce Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellaschuk Joyce in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivar Guttormson and Irene Guttormson (Bye); her siblings, Eunice (Nick Lesanko), Ivan and Roy Guttormson; and her sisters-in-law, Marlene, Alice Guttormson, Eunice Reid (Earl) and Dorothy Ellaschuk.

She is survived by: her husband Ed; her children, Beverly, Carol Brandes, Shirley Carr (Bob) and Glen (Bev Boyko); her grandchildren, Elise Carr (Shaun DeCae), Sharisse Carr (Scott Knutson), Bobby Carr (Tenille), Renee Waters (Stephen), Jessica Brandes (Nick Prentovitch), Jordan Brandes (Taz Yailaqi) and Alexandra Ellaschuk; her great grandchildren, Ivy DeCae, Weston, Baron, Holden Carr, Kenzie, Kylie, Kinley Prentovitch, Nova Knutson and Raheem Yailaqi; her siblings, Lloyd, Neil Guttormson, Dianne Longhurst (Ron) and June Draude (Andy); and her sister-in-law Inez Guttormson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to current pandemic restrictions there will be no funeral.

In lieu of flowers, in remembrance of Joyce's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Luther Care Foundation.
