He was predeceased by: his parents, Erich Strenger and Elisabeth Strenger; his siblings, Erika Lausch and Lothar Stangier; and his daughter Christel Strenger.
He is survived by: his wife Sophia; and his children, Philipp Strenger, Elisabeth Stark and Diana Hnatiuk (Garry). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (210 Wess Rd, Saskatoon, SK S7V0S4). A reception will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mourning Glory-Acadia-McKague's Funeral Chapel (915 Acadia Drive S7H5N4).
