It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene B. Kozak (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kozak and Anne Kozak; his grandson Matthew; and the mother of his children Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Karla (Dean), Kurt (Chrissy), Kory (Michelle) and Kim (Karen); his grandsons, Michael and Tyler; and his siblings, Walter (Eleanor), Donald (Marsha) and Elsie (Nick). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
