She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Mary Ann Simmons, Fred Dyck (Elise), Alesa Sutherland (Donald), Lorraine Chan (Brad Hunter), Dorothy Maruschak (Allan), Abie Dyck (Jacki) and Tillie Dyck (Alvin Toulejour); her grandchildren, Jay Dyck (Rachel), Leilani "Loni" Klemecki (Shane), Leigh, Jaret (Maria), Kelly Verreault, Allan "Ali" Maruschak, Wing Go Chan (Rachel), James Dyck (Rebecca), Sara Wilk (Adam), Kristina, Kelsey Dyck, Michaela Derow and Olivia Toulejour; her husband Abe; her brother-in-law Johnny Dyck; and her father Saskatoon. She was also cherished by her husband, her parents and her siblings.
