She was predeceased by: her father John Horkoff; and her husband James Vernon Lyons. She is survived by: her mother Diane Horkoff; her sons, Jeff, Scott, Eric (Tracy) and Jeffrey; her grandchildren, Aaron (Kerri), Jennifer (Chad), Evan (Sam), Sidney, Thaddeus, Taylor, Trent (Jenna), Sarah, Emily and Elizabeth; her great grandchild Devyn; her siblings, Paulette Andrieu and Terry Horkoff; her siblings-in-law, Marina Lyons and Vernon Sheu; her sister Valerie Horkoff; her parents-in-law, Edward and Annie Lyons; her siblings-in-law, Ken Lyons, Frank Warbis, Margaret Sheu and Marion Warbis; and her daughter-in-law Wendy Lyons.

Mom was an avid reader and had an extensive library of books that she happily donated to Abbeyfield House.
