He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Weaver and Alladene Weaver; and his parents-in-law, George and Wanda Freeman (Brenda). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Freeman; his daughter Lynette (Troy); his grandchild Chantel; his sons, Jason and Kevin; his daughter-in-law Christie; his grandchildren, Emma (David), Shanna (Karsten) and Cole; his daughter Chantel (Darren); his grandchildren, Shane (Alicia), Brendan and Caden; his sister-in-law Cheryl Jellicoe (Terry); his nieces, Tanya Victoria (Bruce), Anna, Corbin Jellicoe and Janice Jellicoe; and also Lindsay.
