Gerald Averback Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald Averback (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 11, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Averbuch (Ester) and Ester Averbuch; his significant other Maureen Averback (Miriam); and his cousins, Irene Hochstadter and Yakov Barzakh.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Doug (Kate), Bev and Val; his grandchildren, John (Ruth), Hope (Austin) and Tom (Sarah); and his extended family, New York and Houston.
