He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jessel and Catherine Jessel; his siblings, Eva, Jacob, Maria Clavelle (Leo), Margaret Carson (Patrick), Madeline McDonald (George), Katherine Kramer (August), Dorothy Schmidt (Ronald), Geoffrey and Joseph; his nephews, Andrew McDonald and Lyle Hazelwanter; his niece Julie Reeves; his great-niece Courtney Hammerer; his great-nephew Cole Schatz; his pets, Cindy, Misty, Missy and Cesar; and also, Alyssa Reeves and Jasper Bradford.
He is survived by: his sisters, Gertie Hazelwanter (Ralph) and Lorayne Hammerer (Donald); his sister-in-law Joanne Jessel; and his friends, Akiko Tomita and Rick Cherry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
