She was predeceased by: her parents, Willy Dyck and Louise Dyck; her husband Horst; and her daughter Doris. She is survived by: her daughters, Marlis Nielsen (David), Lore Ruschiensky (Dennis Weist), Karen McKenzie (Ty) and Erica MacDonald (Dave); her son-in-law Lance Homstol (Doris); and her grandchildren, Eric Nielsen (Kim), Matthew Nielsen (Belinda), Melissa Dessaulles (Patrick), Krista Kaminski (Danny), Kyle Homstol (Michelle), Kurt Ruschienksy, Katherine Ruschiensky, Kayla Giesbrecht (Ben), Tiess McKenzie (Devynn), Layne McKenzie, Jacob MacDonald (Melania) and Mitchel Macdonald.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Circle Drive Alliance Church (3035 Preston Ave S, Saskatoon, SK S7T1C4).
