He was predeceased by: his mother Atia Ahmed; and his sister Bahra. He is survived by: his fiancée Renee Brons; his father Hasan Dewan; and his siblings, Kwestan, Mahabad and Bahadin. He is also survived by brother and sister in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
