He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather; his sister Kim; his niece Shasta; his parents, Ralph and Colleen; and his father-in-law Reg Brooman.

He is survived by: his spouse Bunnie Paul of Saskatoon; his children, Rob Paul (Jenny Hoffman) of Saskatoon, Jill Quessy (Blaine) of Quill Lake and Megan Paul (Ryan Buchholz) of Saskatoon; his grandchildren, Aoife, Natalie Paul, Ellie, Logan Flynn, Cash and Riah Quessy; his sisters, Marilyn and Cathie; his mother-in-law Binnie Brooman; and his brothers-in-law, Allan and Dean Brooman. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
