He was predeceased by: his wife Baldomera Contreras; his brothers, Benito Contreras and Apolinario Contreras; his grandson Reyden; his son Rudy (Patricia); his grandchildren, Rodyrick, Richard and Rona; his daughter Annie (Paul); his grandchild Khristine (Mike); his daughters, Summer, Aileen (Mitchell), Rachel and Lourdes (Ramil); his grandson Timothy (Ashley); his children, Theodore, Penelope, RJ, Sherryl, Sienna and Lito (Zeny); and his grandchildren, Lizel and John.

He is survived by: his sister Cecilia Contreras; his son Gregorio Jr. (Nita); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Neil) and Anabel (Jerome); his children, Julius (Joana) and Helen (Tok); his granddaughter Anna Marie; his daughter Linda; his nieces, Rose and Anabel; his son Reynaldo (Eden); his granddaughter Rose; his children, Jayden, Jacob, Rowena (Chen) and Rhialyn (JR); and his grandchildren, Althea, Alessandra, Neil and Jayren. He is also survived by his 8 children, 30 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
