He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Agnew and Charlotte Agnew of Fenton, Saskatchewan.; his significant other Barbara "Gail" Agnew; his siblings, Lois Arp and David Agnew (Lorraine); his parents-in-law, Bill and Jean Zelenski; and his brother-in-law Barry Zelenski (Audrey).
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Baxter (Garth) of Newmarket, Todd Agnew (Raelynn) of Muskoday and Brent Agnew (Cynthia) of South Lyon; his grandchildren, Brianna, Kaylee, Megan, Taylor, Nicholas, Emma, Nathan, Kennedee and Kassidee; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Arp of Fenton, Saskatchewan and Sharon Rude (Errol) of Headingley, Manitoba. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 6:00 AM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (210 Wess Rd, Saskatoon, SK S7V0S4).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Harvey's memory may be made to Hospice at Glengarda, care of St. Paul's Hospital Foundation.
