He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Debbie); his sister Lenore Tekanoff; his nephews, Rory (Elata) and Reese Tekanoff (Helen); and his cousins, Elizabeth and David Wheeler. He is also survived by 7 other nieces, 5 great nieces, 1 step-niece and 8 great nephews.
