He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Just and Hulda Just; his wife Madeline; his siblings, Herbert, Georgie, Alvin, Lyle, Kenneth and Agnes Husulak; and his siblings-in-law, Jacqueline Miller, Edna Williams, Eldine Just, Wilfred McAulay, Granville Williams and Peter Husulak.

He is survived by: his children, Arlene Just, Martin Just, Valerie Preston, Heather Hanson, Christine Hopkins (Robert) and Jon Just (Roxana); his grandchildren, Alicia Finch (Kevin Kirkup), Michael Finch (Kelsey), Mitchell Preston, Mark Zbaraschuk (Meghan Taylor), Justine Zbaraschuk (Kashus Bieber), Rory, Andrew, Annalise Hanson, Shelby Hopkins, Meaghan Hopkins (Reilly Doidge) and Danielle Hopkins (Louis Carter); his great grandchildren, Remy and River Finch; his brother David Just (Lyn); and his sisters-in-law, June Just, Darline McAulay and Anne Hearn (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations in Harvey's memory may be directed to Orkney Historical Society or Sherbrooke Community Centre.
