It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harvey Shockey (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), who passed away on July 10, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Shockey and Deanna Shockey; his brothers, Hal, Glenn, Verne and Gerald; his son Paul; his stepson James Boyenko; and his stepgranddaughter Daena Giannios.

He is survived by: his wife Sylvie Francoeur; his daughter Leighana Shockey; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Shockey; his granddaughter Haileigh Henrickson (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Wes, Otto and Axel; his sisters, Norma Colborn (Keith), Eleanor Ryan and Shirley Shockey (Harvey Pippin); his stepson Richard Boyenko (Tami); his stepgrandson Spencer (Jody); his grandson-in-law Perry Giannios; his stepdaughter-in-law Patty Boyenko; and also, Sequoia, Cole, Theo, Dion, Matthew (Danica), Mylah, Sarah (Dawson) and Thomas. He is also survived by extended family, friends.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Park Funeral Home (311 3rd Ave N, Saskatoon, SK S7K2H9).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Paul's Hospital Foundation, The Saskatchewan Baseball Hall of Fame or a charity of your choice.

Jenifer shockey wrote a sympathy message

“My deepest condolences Sylvie and Leighana ❤️. We had very special memories of Cliff. Paul spent time hunting and visiting with his dad both in Saskatchewan and Alberta. They enjoyed many hikes in the woods together and also spending time with his granddaughter Haileigh Henrickson her husband Kelly Whether he was showing her a new contraption he made or his wooden birdhouses. He loved to make jokes and try to make her laugh. He will be deeply missed by his great grandsons Wes, Otto and Axel”
