She was predeceased by: her former husbands, John Johnston and David Martens; her daughter Linda Johnston; and her son-in-law Albert Wilkie. She is survived by: her parents, Klaas Peters and Maria Peters; and her children, David Johnston (Carol), Margaret Wilkie, William Johnston (Viola), Barbara Epp (Murray) and Brenda McAlpine (Tom Ankenbrand). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
