She was predeceased by: her parents, Christiaan and Hendrika; her siblings, Christiaan and Hetty; and her son Hans.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Klaas Postma; her daughter Michele Johnson (Curtis); her granddaughter Jessica Green; her great grandchild Mason; her granddaughter Stephanie Green; her great grandchild Mikayla Balon; her grandson Christopher Green (Misty); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Taryn Green and Seth Wamback; her grandson Nick Wamback (Brooke); her great grandchild Brielle; her son Robert Postma (Gina); and her grandchildren, Hewitt Miller, Rupert Postma and Harper Postma.
The family would like to thank the staff at St. Ann's for the wonderful care she received; most respectfully, for keeping her safe during the pandemic.
