He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Raylene (Fred), Mark (Mandy), Tanya (Mike), Nathan (Amanda) and Josh (Kristine); his grandchildren, Zachary, Julia and Logan; his brothers, Leo (Mary-Claire) and Nick (Maureen); his mother-in-law Nora; and his sisters-in-law, Christine, Angela, Bonnie, Marlene (Bruce) and Val (Ash). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Lounge (210 Wess Rd, Saskatoon, SK S7V0S4).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ira's memory may be made through the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan, Canadian Cancer Society, and Lung Association.
