It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Delmar McEwan (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), born in Glentworth, Saskatchewan, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McEwan and Della McEwan (Close); his stepbrothers, Peter Knaap (Mary) and Kenny Knapp (Josie); and his brothers-in-law, Lovall Carter, Keith Marshall, Leslie Marshall (Bernadine) and Harold Marshall.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley McEwan (Marshall); his sons, Doug McEwan (Jeanette), David McEwan (Janet) and Dennis; his grandchildren, Mathew McEwan, Cassandra McEwan (James), Derek McEwan (Shayla), Dyllon McEwan, Chandler White (Emily) and Chevey White (Randi); his great grandchildren, Ryker, Kyra, Weston, Liam, Mason and Prairie; his sister Francis Carter; and his siblings-in-law, Marlene Marshall, Bob Marshall (Marcia), Art Marshall and Ron Marshall (Ann). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
