He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Angela (Dale), Dean (Jamie) and Michael (Charlene); his sister Joan (Mert Cayford); and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Dunlop, Cheryl Reynolds and Betty (Barry Custer).
