He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his stepchildren, Kristine (Brad) and David (India); his grandchildren, Jude, Dexter and Alexa; his mother Ann Mickenberg; his stepfather Harvey Mickenberg; his siblings, Steve (Kate), Craig and Shannon (Lorne); his nieces, Claire Cartwright, Kennedy Cartwright and Hayley Cartwright; his nephew Jesse Cartwright (Courtney); his aunts, Brenda Fraser and Marlyn Savage (Dennis); and his cousins, Jessica Fraser, Celia Brogan (Chris), Liam Brownrigg (Deb) and Margaret Jenkins.
