James Mark Duchak Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Mark Duchak (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, who passed away on July 25, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Lorrie; his daughter Tanya Malek (Scott); his grandsons, Owen and Luke; his son Trevor (Kristy); his grandchildren, Grayson, Brecker and Maeva; his brothers, Robert, Grant (Laurie) and Kelly; his niece Tristen Duchak; his father-in-law Barry Wood; and his sisters-in-law, Sherry (Russ), Donna (Scott) and Val. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
