He was predeceased by: his parents, John McVicar and Gladys McVicar; his sister-in-law Joyce McVicar; and his father-in-law Frank Washington. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Toni-Rae and Ross (Melissa); his grandsons, Lucas and Avery; his siblings, Duncan, Margaret Chambers (Ken) and Chris Desmarais (Brian); his mother-in-law Rose Washington; and his sisters-in-law, Jo-Ann Washington (Bob Chiga), Linda Fehr (Ron) and Heather Crawford (Richard). He is also survived by his cousins, nieces and nephews, and his many friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Colonsay Community Hall (109 Torran St, Colonsay, SK S0K0Z0).
