She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stewart Riley and Margaret Cansler Riley. She is survived by: her husband Bill Blackmon; her sons, Braden (Lindsay) and Bowman; her grandchildren, William, Xavier Blackmon, Saraya, Olin and Kavin Stewart; her siblings, James S. Riley Jr. (Merrily) of Houston, Jay Riley (Ann) of Bullard and Jan Riley John (Peter) of Oakland, California; her siblings' children, Carey Riley Hair (Rusty), James S. Riley III, Catherine Riley Buckles (Nathan), Melissa Riley, Jason Riley (Deida), Nathan John (Rachel Yanda), Brian John, Andrew Trujillo-John (Arianna), Clint Parker (Rebecca), Joe Parker, Angel Everett (Kevin) and Katy Vennis; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas, Amanda Margaret, Elaina Hair, Nadia, Eli, Gage Buckles, Isadora James, Jules Yanda-John, Annabelle and Kaden Everett.
In lieu of customary remembrances, contributions in Jeanne's memory may be directed to The Rock Church toward their ministries in Saskatoon and around the world.
