He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda and Frank; and his pet Lee. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his parents-in-law, Marty and Don; his siblings-in-law, Crystal, Tracey, Jackie, Jay, Jason and Daryl; and his pet Riley. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Jeff's wishes were for his brain to be donated in support of scientific research.
