He is survived by: his mother Marie Rose Ballantyne; his children, Austin Ballantyne (Tianna), Thotin Cook and Keeston Cook; his nieces, Justine, Myriam and Stella; his siblings, Priscilla Linklater (David), Janice Sewap (Henry), Margaret Custer, Darla, Floyd Ballantyne (Carla) and Lawrence Ballantyne (Toni); his aunts and uncles, Doreen (David), Stella McKay, Audrey Charles, Henrietta Jobb, Lorna (Bob), Helen Michel, Darlene (Tony), Eva Ballantyne, Martin (Margaret), George (Darlene), John (Shirley), Mark (Elizabeth), Art Ballantyne and Armand B.; his grandfather George Ballantyne; and his close friends, Archie Ballantyne, Don Herrington and Darrel "Boots" McCallum. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
