With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jerome Joseph Kowalchuk (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his father Russell Kowalchuk. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Kowalchuk; and his siblings, Yvonne Lay (Jim), June Walchuk, Wayne Kowalchuk and Robert Kowalchuk. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

A prayer will be held on Sunday, January 18th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Park Funeral Home (311 3rd Ave N, Saskatoon, SK S7K2H9). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
