Jo-Ann Olyowsky Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Jo-Ann Olyowsky (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), born in Edmonton, Alberta. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As Jo-Ann departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jo-Ann may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jo-Ann leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Podgurny and Amelia Podgurny; and her brother Gary Podgurny. She is survived by: her husband Roger Olyowsky; her children, Rod Olyowsky (Kim), Kelly Olyowsky and Shelley Riffel (Mark); and her brothers, Don Podgurny and Jack Podgurny (Joan). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Edward's Family Centre (333 4th Ave N, Saskatoon, SK S7K 2L7).
