She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jean Chuback (Symak) and Peter Chuback; her husband Frank; her children, Fran (Garry), Hope (Mike) and Anthony (Herb); her grandchildren, Kim (James), Kell (Kara), Kris (Sam), Mark (Raina) and Amy; her siblings, Mary, Anne, Michelina, Alice, Jean, Mike, Stella, Pat, Stan, Gloria, Rose, Liz and Morris; and also, Madison, Sydney, Mason, Hunter, Mya, Ryder, Rowan and Mikey.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Ukrainian Catholic Church (535 8 St E, Saskatoon, SK S7H0P9).
