He was predeceased by: his parents, Latham O'Grady and Joan Temple (Renny); his stepfather Ray Don Temple; his brother Brian; and his sister-in-law Margaret.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Slack (Slack); his children, Dawn White (Barry), Kelly Bradovka (George) and Kent; his grandchildren, Jamie White, Samuel and Laramie Bradovka; his siblings, Patrick and Judith Yick (Tom); and his sister-in-law Denise (Brian).

He worked hard for his family and community, and his contributions to the Allan, South Allan, Bradwell, Saskatoon, and Zelma communities will not be forgotten.
