He is survived by : his wife Pauline Matwiy; his daughters, Hazel (Noel) and Lydia (Jack); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Derrick), Thomas, Melanie (Angus) and Alexander; his great grandchild Tilda; his siblings, Olive, Mae, Phyllis and Mike; his sister-in-law Elizabeth; his daughter Mildred Nicol (Glenn); and his grandchildren, Samantha Nicol and Owen Roche.
Memorial donations may be made in memory of Joe to the Alzheimer's Society of Saskatchewan (301-2550 12th Ave. Regina, SK S4P 3X1) as gifts of remembrance.
