With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Quewezance (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), who passed away on October 6, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joseph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Prairieland Park (503 Ruth St W, Saskatoon, SK S7J0S6). A wake will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 5:30 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Yellow Quill Band Hall, Yellow Quill First Nation.
A collection box will also be available on site at the viewing, and all contributions will be donated directly to Team Saskatchewan in his memory.
