He was predeceased by: his parents, Karoly and Julianna; and his daughter Julia. He is survived by: his wife Pearl Ann (McKay); his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Crystal; his daughter Michelle; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Nicholas and Sara.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation be given to the Royal University Hospital Foundation Cardiac Cath Lab in memory of Jozef Horvath.
