She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophie Lupichuk (Slonski) and Harry Lupichuk. She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Cooper (Doug), Connie Lupichuk (John Odishaw), Len Lupichuk (Raelene) and Barry Lupichuk; her nieces and nephews, Mitch Lupichuk (Summer Roberts), Megan Cooper, Jessica Wozniak, Nicolette Larson, Justin Lupichuk, Devin Lupichuk and Amanda Lupichuk; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaiden Larson Wojciechowski, Willow Wozniak, Hesper Wozniak, Charlie Brandoline and Penelope Barndoline.

Donations in Judy's memory can be sent to the Lupus Society of Saskatchewan.
